1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to BusyToEasy. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and form a binding agreement between you and BusyToEasy. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Services

BusyToEasy provides digital transformation services including:

• Website development and design
• SaaS system development
• Business automation solutions
• Admin dashboard creation
• Ongoing maintenance and support
• Digital consulting services

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Supply necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Respond to communications within 48 hours during business days
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Project Scope & Changes

Project scope is defined in our proposal or statement of work. Any changes to the original scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. We will discuss and obtain written approval for any scope changes before proceeding.

5. Payments & Pricing

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Generally:

• Payments are due within 7 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Work may be suspended for overdue payments
• All prices are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed work. However, BusyToEasy retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and any pre-existing intellectual property. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate with third-party services. While we select reliable providers, we cannot guarantee their performance or availability. Clients are responsible for any third-party service costs and terms.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your business confidentiality. Information shared during our engagement will be kept confidential and used solely for project purposes. We may use anonymized case studies for marketing with your permission.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. We warrant that services will be performed with professional skill and care, but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of completed work. Upon termination, we will provide completed deliverables and return client materials.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
